PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE LABELED WITH YOUR CHILD’S NAME

• Sleeping bag in a labeled king size pillowcase

• Extra clothes and weather-appropriate outdoor gear

• 1 wide mouth Water bottle (no nipples, straws, valves, or spouts please; these items are difficult to clean in our dishwasher; water bottles are washed & sanitized in the dishwasher daily)

• Pacifier (if needed for children under 2 1/2 yrs.)

• Diapers and Wipes (if applicable)

• Diaper cream & medication form (if applicable)

• Sunscreen May-October & completed medication authorization form

• Child Enrollment form

• Health History form

• Child health report

• Any other notes that will help make your child (and your transition) easier
